Mom Moments

My clothes dryer kicked the bucket yesterday. A new one arrived today, with its plusses and minuses.

+  This new one seems HUGE. I seriously considered climbing inside (Sorry, NOT when its turned on, much to some people’s dismay I’m sure!) just because I think I would fit.

-  The delivery truck knocked down the low hanging cable wire, leaving us internet-less and without (gasp) Tom and Jerry.

+   Lots of change jingled out of the old dryer when it was dragged up the stairs.

-  Somebody had to pick that change up.

+   My boys picked it up for me.

-  But I had to let them keep it.

+ They found over $7!

-  They then **had** to spend that $7, so we had to go IMMEDIATELY to Target.

+  Turns out I needed baby diapers anyways, like IMMEDIATELY.

-  Turns out Target was out of the brand and size that my little guy wears.

+  Back home with a new dryer, laundry is fun again.

-  Oh ok! Laundry is not “fun” again, never was, never will be…

+   But at least it’ll be dry laundry.
