5 work-out tips for the busy mom

 Once the baby comes, most moms add “LOSE ENOUGH WEIGHT TO STOP WEARING MATERNITY CLOTHES” to their to-do list.  But so much weight, so little motivation, so little time….

  1. Find an exercise buddy, preferably one who is over age five.
  2. Sleep in your workout clothes so you are ready to go in the morning.
  3. Full bottles of laundry detergent make handy and free ergonomic weights.
  4. Accomplish two things at once: print something your child is supposed to memorize for school and hang it from the ceiling, work out under it, losing yourself in memorization.
  5. Set realistic goals and chart progress (like a potty training sticker chart).
