Once the baby comes, most moms add “LOSE ENOUGH WEIGHT TO STOP WEARING MATERNITY CLOTHES” to their to-do list. But so much weight, so little motivation, so little time….
- Find an exercise buddy, preferably one who is over age five.
- Sleep in your workout clothes so you are ready to go in the morning.
- Full bottles of laundry detergent make handy and free ergonomic weights.
- Accomplish two things at once: print something your child is supposed to memorize for school and hang it from the ceiling, work out under it, losing yourself in memorization.
- Set realistic goals and chart progress (like a potty training sticker chart).
