The River Raisin Halloween Festival will be held Saturday Oct. 24 in downtown Monroe.
The festival includes trick-or-treating for kids starting at 6:30 p.m.
There will also be spooky shopping throughout Downtown Monroe, Miss Monroe County 2009, Peg Harris Dance Troupe, Headless Horseman Carriage Rides, LIVE music all night and ‘Thriller’ Performances 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm at the Loranger Square Pavilion , walk the pumpkin trail, experience Satan’s Alley, Ghostly Education Stations, lots of ghouls and goblins and zombies.
