I hope that on July 4, 2009 some eyes were opened. The almost complete media blackout of TEA party events shows the need for new tactics. The block party feel of these events lacks any sign of the indignation from which they began. Smiling happy people with signs do not attract attention. SHOW your anger! Don’t break the law, but push it enough that the “powers that be” overreact. It isn’t really a protest until someone is wrongfully arested.
