Dundee in state wrestling quarterfinals

Dundee is locked in a tight battle with Corunna. The Vikings lead 22-17 with four matches remaining. Here is what has happened so far.

    Josh White just won a 6-1 decision over a Corunna foe with 45 wins to give Dundee a 25-20 lead with two matches left.

    Corunna’s Jesse Wright on 7-1 at 125, slicing Dundee’s lead to 25-23 heading into the final match. Pete Rendina is taking the mat for the Vikings.

    Pete Rendina closed out the win for Dundee with a 6-0 victory at 130 pounds.
    The Vikings move into the state semifinals at 9:30 a.m. Saturday.
