Remeber cassette tapes?
I actually still use them pretty regularly. Both of my vehicles have tape decks and my 1 yr old iPod decided not to work anymore. Anyhow, check out tapedeck.org, it really brings back memories of making “mix-tapes” and recording songs from the radio.

After I got an iPod, I still kept my Sony Walkman. Some of my favorite albums from years ago aren’t available at iTunes, so I play those albums via tape in my Walkman.
Last chistmas I found a kids christmas song tape at a local dollar store or maybe it was a thrift store. Either way I bought for my 4 year old. She looked at it funny. It was probably the same look I gave my parents when I found the 8-Traks in the basement! Wow, I AM getting old.
