A customer of mine wanted to be able to show her photography on her website, but she wanted “picture frames” on them. I got to thinking, “how in the world can I do that without a ton of code and time”, well I finished my “Dynamic Picture Frame” code in about half an hour. Here’s what it does. Using pre-fashioned picture frame images (the frame itself is made of 8 different images), I simply resized them around the desired picture so that when they are put together, they look like a picture frame. Cool Huh?. Here’s the link: http://tech-works.info/picture_frame/ . That’s a short, but cool post that I plan to use in the very very near future.

Sunday, September 23rd, 2007Operation Helmet
Thursday, March 1st, 2007Ok, yesterday I was in Vo-Tech and someone came to my class and asked my teacher about websites. I was curious. Before I knew exactly what I was volunteering for, the teacher was telling me about this “Operation Helmet”. He wanted a Vo-Tech site for their branch of the Non-Profit Organization. I told him that I would have a prototype for the site done by Monday, well, last night as I was working on it, I couldn’t stop. When I went in today and presented the site to the teacher, he projected it on to the wall and had his class critique it. Everything was good except for little things here and there, so I was pleased. The URL to this site is: http://operation-helmet.tech-works.info. Check it out.
