		<description>Thank you for this info- I used to live in Namibia- noticed this phenomenon and happened to catch the special on PBS. I'm writing a book on experiences there, where personal becomes political, universal, social- As a child i lived on Mobile Bay in southern Alabama where  "Jubilees"  took place, a rare occurance- a cause for celebration among locals- where fish washed up on shore in en mass, alive and jumping into our dish pans, buckets, whatever we could grab rushing down to the water's edge to gather this amazing strange and wonderful bounty. Wikipedia describes Jubilee- I suspect some similar condition to Namibia's- with less extreme inhospitality- must have driven the fish from the bay. Intriguing...</description>
