Of course the liberal newsmedia like to TELL us what this proposed/passed legislation does/doesn't do, but how many people actually get to read these things before they're crammed down our throats? I'd hazard a guess, and educated guess no less, that it impedes our fellow Michiganders' usage and enjoyment of our water somehow or another. Despite what they've told us...
